Encountering issues with tracking your order can be frustrating, but fear not – we're here to help you navigate through any challenges you may face. Whether you're experiencing delays, inaccuracies, or have questions about your shipment's status, our comprehensive guide aims to address common tracking issues and provide you with effective solutions. Let's dive into troubleshooting together to ensure that you receive your order smoothly and without hassle.

Common Issues:

Tracking shows Delivered but not there:

If your tracking shows delivered but it's not in your mailbox, we ask you wait 1-2 business days for your package. USPS sometimes marks items as delivered earlier than they are actually delivered. They could arrive later in the day or the next day or two.

You may also want to check your shipping address on your order confirmation email to make sure it is correct. Often times a neighbor or roomate has been known to have your package as well, please ask them.

If you still cannot find your package, please contact the shipping provider. There are GPS scans on your tracking scans so the carriers can find out where it was scanned delivered at and we can go from there!

No Tracking Progress:

Is your package running late or hasn't moved? Please contact your shipping carrier. We can only do the same and by contacting USPS or UPS, you get direct information to you which is the fastest way to get an answer.

Returned to sender:

Is your package being returned to sender? Firstly, please check your confirmation email to make sure your shipping address is correct. If it is not correct, your package will be returned to us and we can then take the next steps such as shipping it to your newly corrected address (reship fee may apply) or possibly another resolution.

If the address is correct, please contact your shipping carrier. We can only do the same and by contacting USPS or UPS directly, you get direct information to you which is the fastest way to get an answer.
