How to Check Order Status

We understand the excitement of anticipating your order's arrival and the importance of staying informed about its progress. To provide you with convenience and transparency, we've made it easy for you to check your order status.


Using Our Order Status Page


Simply visit http://www.instantlyunique.com/status to access our order status page. Here's what you can expect to find:


Enter the email associated with your order:


If your order has not shipped, it will show up automatically, if it's been shipped already, you must click the checkbox that says "Show Completed Orders"



All of the orders associated with your email will show up here in a table with the Order Date, Order #, The current status and Estimated Shipping Date. Note: Estimated shipping dates are updated during normal business hours by our team in accordance with your order details so if you just placed your order, the date may not appear yet.


Click on your order number to view your order details:



On the order details page, you can find the order status again, the ship date and your custom order proof and any order notes from us:




Order statuses:

  • Missing Order Info: Waiting on Your Information - Please upload photos at instantlyunique.com/upload and check your email for any additional information.
  • Processing: We are working on your artwork for your order.
  • Proof Sent for Your Approval: Please check your email (including spam folder!) Note: Your proof will also be on the order detail page here for you to view. 
  • Final Proof Approval Reminder: Please check your email, your order will be made and shipped soon without your approval if we don't hear back from you soon!
  • Ready to Go: Your order is in production queue to be made. We have all the information required for your order and it will be made soon!
  • Order Made: Your order is being made or has already been made! It's too late to make any changes to your order. Please check your email for shipping details.


If you need to approve your order proof because your order status says we are awaiting your proof approval but you cannot find the email we sent you, you can let us know by clicking on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner:
