Click on the provided link in the email to access the upload form on our website or simply go to instantlyunique.com/upload. Here, you can securely upload your photos directly to us. 

Important Note: Do Not Send Photos via Etsy Messages

We kindly request that you refrain from sending photos via Etsy messages. While we appreciate your enthusiasm and attention to detail, using the upload form we have provided helps us process your order more efficiently and ensures we have all the necessary information to proceed promptly. Thank you for your cooperation.

On the file upload portal, Simply follow the instructions on the form to ensure that your photos are submitted successfully.

How to fill out the file upload form:

First, you will be asked to enter your name and email. Please use the same name and email as your order was placed with so we can match your Etsy order to your uploaded file.

Next, you will be asked to provide your Etsy order number and what item this is for.

How to find your order number:

It will be on your Etsy confirmation email:

Uploading your files:

Next, you will be asked to select your photos to upload. Remember, you can upload multiple files together on the form. Just select all the photos you want to attach at once. If you add some photos and then try to add more, it will only include the new ones. So, choose all your photos first and then click open or add.

From a mobile device:

1. Select "Choose Files".

2. Navigate to where your files are located such as Photo Library, Take a photo or Video, or Choose Files from another location.

3. Click once on the file you want to select. To select multiple files click on each file you want to select. Make sure all the files you want to add are selected. 

4. Once you've selected the desired files, click the "Open" or "Choose" button to add them to the upload form.

From a desktop: 

On Mac:

1. Select "Choose Files".

2. Navigate to the folder where your files are located.

3. Click once on the file you want to select. To select multiple files, hold down the Command key and click on each file individually.

4. Once you've selected the desired files, click the "Open" or "Choose" button to add them to the upload form.

On Windows:

1. Select "Choose Files".

2. Navigate to the folder where your files are located.

3. Click once on the file you want to select. To select multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each file individually.

4. Once you've selected the desired files, click the "Open" or "Choose" button to add them to the upload form.

Lastly on the form, you will be asked if you would like a custom order proof, add a note and to agree to our personalization policy. (Basically, you agree you are not uploading copyrighted or trademarked material.)

Step 4: Communication and Custom Order Proofs

Once we receive your photos, our dedicated team will begin processing your order and creating a custom design just for you. All communication, including custom order proofs, will be conducted via email. This allows us to keep track of all correspondence and ensure that your personalized item exceeds your expectations.
