This proof is provided free of charge and is curated by our experienced team to ensure the highest quality result. The custom order proof allows you to preview your personalized design and make any desired changes before proceeding with your order.

How to Request a Custom Order Proof

During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to request a custom order proof for eligible products. Simply select this option before completing your purchase, and our team will create a preview of your personalized item for your review and send it to the email you provide at checkout.

If your product does not ask you if you would like a custom order proof (like text only products), but still want to see a preview of your personalized product before your order is made, you can simply leave a note in the order notes section of your cart. Let us know that you would like to see a preview, and our team will be happy to accommodate your request.
